Are there any registration or subscription fees to join?
None. PROQRA never charges suppliers any joining fees, listing fees, or bidding subscriptions. We operate on a transparent commercial margin on completed customer orders.
How are payment terms managed?
We establish written commercial terms before any metal is cut. Payment is tied to verified milestones and pre-dispatch inspection sign-off, ensuring you are paid reliably and on time.
Who manages international shipping and UK customs?
PROQRA coordinates ocean and air freight logistics, UK import customs clearance, and delivery to the buyer facility. Orders are typically placed on mutually agreed terms (such as FOB or Ex-Works).
What if we do not currently hold ISO 9001 certification?
While ISO 9001:2015 is preferred, we also evaluate well-equipped workshops that operate disciplined internal inspection procedures and are actively working towards certification.
What kind of volume can our workshop expect?
Our UK clients purchase repeat series production runs (typically 50 to 5,000+ pieces per batch) for machinery chassis, enclosures, brackets, and structural fabrications.
