We act as an independent qualification, audit, and procurement facilitation partner. We are not a broker taking arbitrary margins on anonymous suppliers, nor do we operate internal fabrication plants. All audits and assessments reflect conditions observed on-site at the time of inspection.

2. Independent Manufacturing Facilities

All recommended factories, machine shops, foundries, and fabrication plants in India are legally and operationally independent third-party commercial entities.

While PROQRA conducts rigorous on-site qualification, machine capability checks, and oversees first-article production, long-term commercial supply contracts, warranty obligations, credit terms, and high-volume delivery agreements are governed by the specific commercial contracts entered into between the client and the selected manufacturing entity.
